WWE Superstar The Undertaker recently revealed how he had fallen in love with his wife, Michelle McCool. Mark Calaway, aka The Undertaker, opened up about this in ‘The Last Ride’ documentary. He gives fans details about how he met his current wife Michelle.
Mark states in the interview that he had fallen in love with Michelle after he saw her throw a football during a regular weekly program for the WWE.
“He really fell in love with me because I knew how to throw a football.” Michelle said jokingly, talking about how Mark had approached her in the first place. While the WWE world expected some sort of large sprawling romance, Mark paints a simple picture of two individuals finding one another easily.

“I was attracted to her desire to be better and her work ethic. It was not the blue eyes, blonde hair, kicking body”.

Mark also let us know exactly how he fell in love with his third wife in the documentary series.
“It was a TV day. and I had a little football. So we were throwing the football in the arena. She just happens to walk out, picks it up and throws about a 35-yard spiral, just scorched it. I kid you not. I had never seen a girl throw football like that.”

Mark peeled off the layers and mystique behind his character for the first time in his documentary, showing his fans who the man underneath was actually about. One of the most significant parts of the Undertaker’s career was his bout with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 33.
After losing the match, which he was very unhappy about, he walked around the ring, found his wife in the crowd, and kissed her. This was monumental within the mythos surrounding The Undertaker. It turned out to be the biggest and most explicit breaking of his character since his entry into the promotion 30 years ago.
“It was at that moment that I knew he was done”. Michelle said, referring to Mark’s supposed last fight at WrestleMania 33.

While the mystery and intrigue surrounding the deadman might have been broken, it is definitely sweet to see such an intimate moment in the Superstar’s life.
