The Miz has been in the WWE for 16 years. He made his debut through a WWE reality show called Tough Enough.
During all these years, the A-lister has had tremendous accomplishments and crossed some significant milestones. Unfortunately, the must-see superstar doesn’t get the credit he deserves. The Miz spoke about the same in an interview with Barstool sports KFC Radio show.

“Even in WWE, sometimes I feel I don’t get the respect I feel like I want, maybe that I feel I deserve. I’ve won every title there is to win, but yet sometimes I feel like — you know, you’ll read Twitter here and there and you’ll see all the negative comments. ‘You don’t deserve to be there, we hate you, you’re the worst.’ But honestly, I look at those as compliments because they motivate me, they drive me and it’s some nerd in his basement just typing away. So, I use it as fuel.”
The Miz is a former WWE Champion and has defeated John Cena in the main event of WrestleMania. He is also a grand slam champion, a feat that very few superstars have achieved in the WWE. Unfortunately, many still see him as that same old reality tv star.
Even though Miz is currently Mr. Money in the Bank, he may not become WWE champion anytime soon.
The Miz reportedly will not be cashing in his money in the bank briefcase soon
At Hell in a Cell, The Miz defeated Otis and won the Money in the Bank Briefcase, thanks to Tucker. Since then, he has tried to cash in multiple times but has failed.

“He better not cash-in because that would be… you know, I think it’s on him because they needed a guy who could not cash it in this year, you know, because the whole idea is they’re going to strong with Randy Orton or Drew and Roman Reigns probably isn’t losing the title any time soon but who knows because Roman Reigns with a long title run was not the idea, believe it or not. Even though it seems so obvious it was not the idea. I don’t know what the… I have no idea who’s the guy who was supposed to be the champion because they’ve basically devalued everybody else.”
The Miz has surely made the briefcase very important. As plans keep changing in the WWE, it will be interesting to see if Miz can become WWE Champion again.
