The Undertaker Once Exposed His Wife Michelle McCool Trying to Fool Fans on TikTok

The WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker is currently enjoying his life post-retirement. He maintained the kayfabe for 30 years to preserve the character of The Deadman.

Hence, it surprised the WWE Universe when Taker started a social media account. When he uploaded his first post on Twitter and Instagram, they obviously got massive views. He had even replied to many fans on his first few social media posts. Because those were the things he wasn’t able to do previously.

After Twitter and Instagram, The Undertaker also created a TikTok account. On TikTok, he shares 15-second videos with his wife Michelle McCool. We can see both having fun while creating short funny contents for social media.

However, the first TikTok shared by Taker’s account was a 30-second video in which McCool wore a mask that looked like The Undertaker. Moreover, she said the iconic catchphrase with Taker’s theme music playing, “(In a deep voice) Rest In Peace”.

The Phenom then switched on the light in the room, saying, “Ain’t nobody gonna buy that”. McCool replied, “Seriously. Come on, that’s good”.

It’s truly remarkable how the Undertaker finally opening up his real hilarious persona. To preserve his character, Taker never started a social media account nor appeared in any interviews or podcasts most of the time. 

A couple of years before announcing his retirement, we saw Taker appearing in various interviews. He hung his boots a month after his final match, WrestleMania 36, against AJ Styles. He also took his rightful place in the WWE Hall of Fame in April of this year, which was an emotional and legendary moment for everyone.

Was The Undertaker nervous before giving his Hall of Fame speech?

Mark Calaway was very protective of his character. He wanted to keep the mystery of it as long as he wrestles. Therefore, even after 30 years, while being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, he was nervous.

In the first episode of season two of WWE Legends Biography Live–The Undertaker, he said, “For 30+ years….you know all they got was The Undertaker, they didn’t get what they’ll get tonight. They get Mark Calaway tonight”

For three decades, Taker rarely came in front of the camera as himself. It was only in the later parts of his career that Taker started appearing in interviews and podcasts.

Finally, the Hall of Fame Ceremony was the first event when he appeared in front of an immense crowd as not The Undertaker but as Mark Calaway. Although any wrestling fan would have been surprised to see the Undertaker’s true self, there is no doubt that we all would enjoy it.
