John Cena is known to grind hard in the gym. He easily and regularly deadlifts over 400 lbs. Some of his heaviest deadlifts are 551 lbs, 573 lbs, and 602 lbs.

Cena pulls off even the heaviest deadlifts with ease. As a matter of fact, John Cena set a new deadlift record for himself when he pulled off the 602 lb deadlift.

Cena’s insane strength has no bounds; he once lifted the Big Show and Edge (approx 700 lbs) on his shoulders and delivered the Attitude Adjustment. Big Show and Mark Henry have been at the receiving end of Cena’s AA a plethora of times.

When will Cena return to the WWE?

The 16-time World Champion last appeared in a Firefly Funhouse Match against Bray Wyatt at WrestleMania 36. The match was certainly a fresh type of cinematic wrestling with experience storytelling one had never seen.

Since then, John Cena hasn’t been seen in the WWE circle as he has resumed to gear up for his upcoming Hollywood projects. The transition from wrestling to Hollywood is quite clearly visible, but he still gives it his all when he is in a WWE ring.

We hope to see John Cena in the ring again soon. As far as his strength is concerned, we’re sure he’s got a lot of AA’s to be delivered to big men!
