Roman Reigns’ career has seen many ups and downs. The Big Dog made a huge impact with his debut at the survivor series with The Shield in 2012.

Reigns was rumored to be a Vince McMahon favorite to be pushed to be the next ‘guy’ of the WWE. It came as no surprise as The Thoroughbred had seen a meteoric rise to the main event scene with multiple title reigns and main event matches.

However, he was unable to fight his way into the hearts of the fans despite numerous chances and pushes.

Roman Reigns was scheduled to fight Goldberg at WrestleMania 36 for the WWE Universal Championship. Weeks before the big event, the Juggernaut decided to pull out from this highly anticipated match. The ongoing Coronavirus pandemic forced Reigns to the sidelines as he battles leukemia.

“I am sticking to a legit quarantine and we are staying in lockdown for many reasons, not just myself, but my family, and my community. To be able to set that example.

“But, you know, hopefully, we’ll get back to normal soon. I’ll be whooping everybody’s ass soon and you can write all you want on about that,” said Roman Reigns while in conversation with Jimmy Van.

Roman Reigns is certainly one of the biggest talents WWE has to offer. Although he can do it better on the microphone in terms of cutting a promo, one cannot deny his wrestling skills and abilities.

His size and penchant of inducing a reaction from the crowd and his Samoan legacy and pedigree, make him a great prospect.

The paradox that plagues his return

The Powerhouse lays the fans’ doubts over his return to rest. In addition, he ensures the fans that he is looking to reclaim his position at the top of the food chain, yet again.

“I’m sure everybody’s like, ‘Why won’t he come back? When’s he going to come back?’ Then when I come back and destroy everybody, they’re gonna be pissed. But it’s all good because I’m the best. Yes sir!”

This could be the perfect time for Reigns to make a stupefying resurgence. Considering the Braun Strowman vs The Miz And John Morrison fiasco, in addition to, other stars being stuck mid-card matches.

However, this should not come at the cost of his health and well being.
