Shay Shariatzadeh is a proud alumnus of the prestigious University of British Columbia. Ever since her childhood, Shariazadeh found comfort in physics and maths. After witnessing a project of her brother, she was determined of pursuing engineering.

Shariazadeh graduated with a degree in engineering and started a career in that very field. Early in her career, she was introduced to her mentor, who taught her everything about product management. As of 2019, she worked as a product manager in Canada for SonaType. Prior to this, she had a career in Motorola Solutions. She also worked as a sales associate at Guess, and la Via en Rose.

While in early February that year, several news outlets started rumors of them being engaged, it was never confirmed. Fans would often spot Shariatzadeh wearing a diamond ring, but the reason was never confirmed.

However, on 14th October 2020, PWInsider broke the news of the couple being married. The couple tied the knot in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic and refrained from throwing a lavish party.

They wed in an attorney’s office in Tampa, Florida. However, in 2022, the couple renewed their vows in an intimate ceremony in Vancouver, Canada.
