While there was a lot of pelting going on, the WWE Hall of Famer was thinking to himself: “this was the worst idea in the history of ideas. I’m gonna burn in wrestling hell for this.” Although these second thoughts were only sudden, the Hall of Famer also explained how he loved the idea right before executing it, making him absolutely confident regarding it.

Why was Hulk Hogan’s heel turn such an enormous problem?

The WWE legend was a huge star in his time. Eric Bischoff once commented that individuals from all generations at the time used to feel connected to Hogan. This vast popularity among viewers resulted in an emotional bond to be formed. So, seeing their favorite hero turn into a villain was a catastrophic event for them.
