WrestleMania XL: Numerous WWE Hall of Famers and Legends Reportedly Announced With 2 Weeks Left

We are just over 2 weeks away from WrestleMania 40, and the speculations and rumors are already going wild regarding the appearance of various stars. Much like each year, there is a high possibility that WWE is not going to miss out on calling in help from either a Hollywood star or industry veterans.

There are new reports that claim that WWE already has in mind the names of Hall of Famers that are going to be at the Philadelphia event this year. So far, we know of five retired WWE stars who could show up at the biggest PLE of the year.

Each year, the Stamford-based company brings in surprise appearances to delight the fans at the venue, as well as the ones watching from their home. While it is mostly kept a surprise, reports from PW Insider suggest the possibility that these five stars might show up in Philly two weeks later.

The list starts with Michelle McCool and moves on to the legendary manager Jimmy Hart. WWE Hall of Famers Ron Simmons, JBL, and Kane could also be at the event.

It has been a long while since either of these stars showed up in the promotion. So, if not all of them, any one of these names could also create an excited ripple among the crowd. Two more WWE legends are set to appear in Philadelphia as part of the Hall of Fame batch of 2024. Unlike the reported names, these two are confirmed to be at the event because they are being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year.

This is not where the hype ends. There is speculation that suggests who could be this year’s Hollywood celebrity to show up at Mania.

Will WWE have ‘Rocky’ in Philly?

Sylvester Stallone has an iconic relationship with the city of Philadelphia, where Rocky is set. Moreover, the iconic training scene from the movie Rocky makes his appearance much more hype-worthy. Since the montage was shot in Philadelphia, it would make sense if Stallone could take some time out of his busy schedule to appear at the promotion’s event.

In his role in the movie franchise, the Hollywood legend even learned a bit of wrestling. So, it would be exciting if he could show off those skills at WrestleMania this year. Which one of all the mentioned legends would you want to see at WrestleMania 40?
