Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson made a name for himself in Hollywood after a successful career in WWE. Following the footsteps of The People’s Champion, John Cena also entered Hollywood and in no time became a popular actor.
In recent times, John Cena had some amazing films and series that release and made a boom at the box office. The latest Hollywood work of Cena was his role in the series DC’s Peacemaker, which was loved by everyone around the world.

Recently, it was announced that John Cena is going to star in an action-comedy movie ‘Officer Exchange’. The movie is in the development process still but has already made a buzz in Hollywood.
Deadline.com recently announced that they have sold this project to Amazon Studios. Moreover, the script is written by Ben Zazove and Evan Turner. Also, John Cena will be the Executive Producer with the Pacemaker producer EP Peter Safran and producer John Rickard of The Safran Company are producing the project for Amazon.

Notably, Cena will play Shepard “Shep,” a wrecking ball of a cop who teams up with an Indian police officer to take down a diamond smuggling ring in India. Cena will be in a serious and funny role in the movie.

Peacemaker season 1 created a huge buzz around the movie industry. The DC fans and other comic book fans watched the series after the amazing debut of Peacemaker in The Suicide Squad.

John Cena had some big Hollywood projects in recent times that were highest-grossing movies. F9 was one movie that was loved by the audience. As per DC, the second season for Peacemaker is in progress after the first season’s finale scored the biggest single-day viewership on HBO Max.
Other notable movies in credits include Bumblebee, Blockers, the Daddy’s Home franchise, Sisters, and Trainwreck.

John Cena is one of the greatest baby-face after Hulk Hogan in WWE. He has headlined multiple PPVs including WrestleMania. Notably, Cena is one world championship away from breaking Ric Flair’s record for most world championships.
Although John Cena is a full-time actor, he has also made some occasional returns to the company for matches. As of now, he is busy with new and exciting Hollywood projects and doesn’t plan a return.
