Beth Phoenix has taken to social media to express that she will step down from her role in WWE NXT. Even though she will continue to be a part of WWE, she just won’t continue her part in NXT.
She worked with NXT for over three years and in 135 episodes. Some of the others she worked with during her time with NXT are Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Michael Cole, and many others. She thanked all of them in her message, and there’s no doubt she’ll miss working with the talent and others.

According to her, she’s stepping down from her role because she wants to spend more time with her family. However, that may not be the complete situation.
Now, even though she’s stepping down, she may have left the possibility of coming back open. WWE has released no official statement about the same.
