WWE Superstars, Artists and Others React to John Cena Starrer Suicide Squad 2

When new movies come out, people get excited. But when movies with WWE Superstars come out, the WWE Universe rushes to the theatres because it’s their chance to witness a new character come to life. This is what happened when John Cena starred in Suicide Squad 2.

Recently, the movie was released, and almost everyone flocked to the theatres to watch it. Not just fans, but other Superstars and individuals in the wrestling industry. Most of them took to social media to express what they thought about the movie, and how much they liked it.

Apart from John Cena, the other Hollywood artists starring in the movie are Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Pete Davidson (Dick Hertz), Sylvester Stallone (King Shark), Idris Elba (Bloodsport), and several others.

John Cena will come to theatres again very soon

Recently, two of Cena’s movies were released – Fast and Furious 9 and Suicide Squad 2. However, The Invisible Man will come back to theatres as a Superstar during SummerSlam 2021.

WWE has partnered with Iconic Events Releasing to broadcast SummerSlam 2021 across all USA theatres. This way the fans who couldn’t attend the event live will have a unique experience watching the PPV instead of watching it from home.

John Cena will take on Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship title at SummerSlam 2021.

Roman Reigns did not want to battle the returning megastar

When Cena returned to SmackDown, Roman Reigns dismissed his challenge for the Universal Title. Instead, The Head of the Table gave Finn Balor the chance to challenge for the title.

During the official contract signing, Baron Corbin interfered and attacked Finn Balor. Corbin has been going through a rough patch, and the Universal Championship title could be a significant change for him. Unfortunately, his bad luck continued since John Cena interfered by attacking him, and put him down. Following that, Cena signed the contract, making the match official.

He tossed the contract to Adam Pearce and walked away. Roman Reigns remained seated in the ring, extremely infuriated.
