The popular NFL superstar Sammis Reyes is now the hot topic of discussion among WWE fans after he revealed perhaps the biggest update about his professional life in a long time.

The football athlete is getting the opportunity to perform for WWE! Although the performance is not just a onetime thing, and he would first have to train as well, the news itself is overwhelming. NFL is not a small sports league, but WWE is definitely a name Reyes would have to think twice about before rejecting the offer.

However, the screenshot showed an email that the NFL’s first Chilean player received from a WWE Talent Development Consultant.

Even though Reyes didn’t see it fit to expose their name or any personal details, he showed the fans what the email was about. The email started off with some formal greetings. The recruiter then put forward their view that Reyes can be successful in the field of WWE.

Although the sport requires a lot of training, maybe they see the potential in NFL’s first-ever Chilean player. The email was all about the consultant calling Reyes for an audition. The venue and time were also mentioned in the mail. Apparently, the athlete was going to get free travel, accommodation, and meals for the stay. 

The current Chicago Bears player will have an important decision to make in the coming weeks. Since the NFL is in its off-season and there won’t be much game time between now and the start of next season, WWE may have chosen the right time to make the Chilean consider his professional career choices.

The ultimate NFL and WWE crossover

The news is as exciting as it can get. The story promotion of his invitation mail surely ignited some fire in the minds of wrestling fans. WWE can never have enough new talents. Although the invitation has been sent from the promotion’s side, it is not yet confirmed whether the Chilean athlete will end up accepting it. However, on second thought, fans can consider that since he has put it up on his story, he might take it seriously.

American football athletes jumping over to WWE is nothing new, with San Francisco 49ers star George Kittle dropping a hint at a possible WWE career recently.
