The Central Intelligence actor compared the Swimming legend’s hands with The Rock’s feet and called it “disgusting.” Kevin Hart turned the plot of Johnson’s feet into Michael Phelps’ hands.

However, Dwayne Johnson did not well receive Hart dragging the most decorated Olympian into their conversation. So, of course, The Rock got back at his best friend and complimented Michael Phelps’ hands.
