“You Can’t Be a Fighter”: Brock Lesnar Once Took a Subtle Dig at Ronda Rousey for Her Hollywood Aspirations

WWE and Hollywood have often co-existed together, with the stars often jumping ship. Several stars such as John Cena, The Rock, Hulk Hogan, and Dave Batista have acted in Hollywood movies, but only a few have been able to establish themselves as top stars. However, top stars such as The Undertaker and Seth Rollins were unable to make the shift.

Similarly, various celebrities have appeared on WWE, and got involved in storylines. Though both Hollywood and WWE are completely different lines, they sometimes come together. For example, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bad Bunny, MGK, Hugh Jackman, and Johnny Knoxville have all appeared on WWE.

Speaking on ESPN’s SportsCenter Wednesday, Brock Lesnar opened up on various things, including Ronda Rousey’s loss at the hands of Holly Holm and even her Hollywood career. Lesnar was particularly critical of her Hollywood career.

Lesnar claimed that one cannot be multi-tasking and must decide on one thing. He said,” I think she’s got a lot on her plate. You can’t be a fighter and be in 10 movies a year.” The Beast Incarnate further claimed that “She’s going to have to step back and find out what Ronda wants to do moving forward.”

Brock Lesnar had suffered a defeat at the hands of Frank Mir in his first-ever UFC match however, he fought back and won his second match against Mir, proving his dominance and dedication.

Promising WWE Superstar calls Brock Lesnar a “dream opponent”

WWE Superstar and current Intercontinental Champion, Gunther recently spoke to WMBD News, where he discussed a variety of topics. During the interview, he even termed Brock Lesnar as an all-time dream opponent.

Gunther said, “If I had to pin it down to one name, I’d say it’s Brock Lesnar at the moment.” He further clarified that when he was young, and watch WWE, he enjoyed watching the matches of Brock Lesnar. The Ring General further said, “He’s always been somebody I was impressed with. He’s one of the best to ever do it. I think that’s the biggest possible challenge for me at the moment.”

However, Lesnar is not eyeing a mid-card title right now, and his main focus could be Bobby Lashley. At Crown Jewel 2022, after Lesnar’s win against Lashley, The Almighty absolutely destroyed Lesnar and left him hanging alone in the ring. Both these legends are one up against each other, and a third match is needed to decide a clear winner.
