During a break between rounds, Adesanya took a sip from the water bottle, but refused to gulp it down. Instead, he sprayed it from his mouth while facing up. Seemingly imitating ‘The King of Kings’, who popularized this iconic taunt during his heyday.
Doing this recreation, right after the Endeavor-WWE announcement, raised a lot of eyebrows. However, there’s no doubt that Adesanya is a massive fan of WWE. His UFC 276 entrance is another instance of the UFC Middleweight Champion, displaying his affection towards the company.
