Every individual has their own way in the gym. While some are fond of some particular things, some absolutely hate them. It was noted previously that John Cena and Arnold Schwarzenegger absolutely hated to listen to music while working out. While Dwayne Johnson had a complete playlist dedicated to his workouts.

It has been revealed that the personal gyms of Dwayne Johnson do not contain any set of mirrors. His ‘Iron Paradises’ are complete mirror-free zones, away from any sort of reflections. While some may argue that working out in front of a mirror improves form, The Rock would, however, disagree with that. He feels that those are distractions, and he would rather feel his muscles than see them.

Whereas, The Terminator actor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, once explained the importance of a mirror in the gym. In the 1977 documentary, ‘Pumping Iron’, The Austrian revealed the importance of a mirror. He said, “By looking in the mirror, you can find out what is missing in your body.” He claimed that a mirror helps in identifying the target areas and improving the form.

While both of these legends follow different workout techniques, they are both legends in their own way. However, it certainly proves that there is no right or wrong way.
