“I Trust Him”: Gisele Bündchen’s Riveting Reason to Marry Tom Brady and Ignore Other Male Counterparts Had an Absorbing Backstory

Although the NFL power couple ended their marriage last year, Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady will probably never forget the adorable and special moments they spent together. Before marrying Tampa Tom, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel dated some high-profile actors and businessmen. But it was only with the star QB that she could find peace and stability. She once described how different and better Brady was for her than her other suitors in her best-selling memoir.

Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life was the memoir penned by Bündchen in 2018. In the book, she detailed some of her most personal memories. Also, she tried to inspire people through her unique journey. The book also has anecdotes relating to her former husband. The supermodel talked about how the two successful individuals made things work between them.

Tom Brady became his ex-wife’s favorite person

Brady and Bündchen started dating when things were rocky between them. His previous girlfriend to Gisele was pregnant with his child. But that did not stop the QB and the model from dating each together. They learned a lot about each other from that time.

Eventually, the highest-paid model and the seven-time Super Bowl champ tied the knot in 2009. The reason the Brazilian beauty chose TB12 as her life partner was simple; she wrote in her book, “I trust him.”

Her past relationships did not satisfy her wants and needs and failed to live up to her expectations. “I’ve been in romances where I felt I was swimming in fast-moving waters, and others where the water was calm and still. When I chose Tom to be my life partner, I was fortunate to find a man calmer than he is stormy.”

Therefore, the 45-year-old shot-caller provided a “stable foundation” on which she could create a happy life with him and her two children and one bonus son.
