Adam Cole Shares the Hardest Part of Leaving WWE for AEW

Adam Cole made his triumphant debut for Tony Khan’s company at AEW All Out pay-per-view on September 5th. Sine then, the wrestling world has gone crazy with the idea of Cole siding with his old friends and some possible dream matches that would happen.
We all know that WWE didn’t fire Cole, instead his contract expired, and he simply didn’t sign the new one. Now that he is in AEW, Cole is missing his old times with his ‘DaParty’ group.

‘DaParty’ is a group that came together during the pandemic as Xavier Woods, Tyler Breeze, Cesaro, and Adam Cole got together for weekly Uno games on Wood’s YouTube channel called UpUpDownDown.

Adam Cole confesses it was hard to leave them behind
Cole appeared on the latest episode of Rene Paquette’s ‘Oral Sessions’ podcast, during the podcast Adam talked about his time in NXT and how HHH and Shawn Michaels helped him.
However, he also talked about his beloved group from WWE called DaParty in which he used to play UNO card game with Tyler Breeze, Cesaro, and Xavier Woods.

“Very hard. That was probably the hardest part about the decision. I really formed a close bond with Woods, Swiss, and Breeze over the pandemic. The backstory is so funny because they all wanted to start producing more content since the pandemic started. They were like, ‘We want to start playing Uno, we need a fourth guy.’ I didn’t know this, but when I did the first episode, I was kind of on trial. That was my audition.” Cole said.

Cole is currently back with his old friends and have formed the faction, Super Kliq alongside the Young Bucks. Looks like AEW is planning on a match between Cole and Bryan Danielson because both of them are in opposite teams.
