Nick Kyrgios, the Australian tennis ace, is an outspoken person. He doesn’t believe in keeping his thoughts to himself and fearlessly conveys his take. He has received a lot of denouncing for his outspoken nature throughout his career.. This year only, he got in trouble for accusing a lady in the stands of having around 700 beers and uttering unacceptable comments. 

Though he pays no heed to such incidents and embraces his true self. Speaking of which, Kyrgios recently passed a statement that might trigger some fans to fuel the debate about his arrogance.

Nick Kyrgios places an open challenge

The 2022 Wimbledon runner-up took on Instagram to challenge his fellow ATP professionals. He wrote, “This is an INVITATION to any tennis player who thinks they can beat me in Australia!!”

Thereafter he dished, “Let’s organize an exhibition match and sort it out.”

Kyrgios has had a verbal war with the Greek tennis professional and former World no.3 Stefanos Tsitsipas. Earlier Tsitsipas challenged him for a rematch in Costa Navarino after accusing him of bullying at this season’s Wimbledon.

Kyrgios’ this year’s noteworthy runs 

The former World no.13, after participating in the home-based Grand Slam, skipped several events and rejoined the circuit through Summer Doubles. 

In clay swing, Kyrgios took part in only one event that is the Stuttgart Open and made it to the semifinals. Thereafter, from Germany, he started his journey in the Wimbledon swing.
