Aside from witnessing the new brand of tennis, we are also witnessing some unthinkable collaborations!

For instance, Nick Kyrgios was coaching Frances Tiafoe in the ongoing Ultimate Tennis Showdown. Well, that wasn’t the only surprising Kyrgios moment from the Showdown. He was later spotted with Mike Tyson and his family at the venue.

The UTS is famous for gathering big crowds. In America, big crowds always attract big names. So it comes as no surprise that Mike Tyson was at the showdown. The boxing icon was with his family at the UTS when Nick Kyrgios approached him. Kyrgios first shook hands with the legendary boxer and then with Tyson’s daughter, according to UTS’ Instagram story.

It wasn’t the first time Tyson’s daughter was involved in tennis. She once had a fight with her dad over tennis. Well, not exactly tennis, but one particular tennis player. Tyson’s daughter happens to be an ardent Serena Williams fan after all.

For instance, calling a 4-time major champion better than a 23-time champion would come off as absurd. Mike Tyson’s similar take once received plenty of backlash. His daughter, in fact, was the one to question his opinions for the first time when Tyson picked Naomi Osaka as the greatest ever over Serena Williams.

Mike Tyson was also present during Serena Williams’ last dance at the 2022 US Open with his family. It was her first-round match against Danka Kovinic, which she won 6-3 6-3 at the Arthur Ashe Stadium.
