Coming into the Australian Open, the Russian superstar Daniil Medvedev showed exceptional gameplay and now just stands a few inches away from the title. While many were favoring the likes of Jannik Sinner to lift the trophy in the final, it was the Russian who stunned everyone with his performance. So much so that a fan could not handle his emotions and took to Twitter to applaud Med’s gameplay.

However, he added a slight twist to it. While applauding his gameplay, he came ahead and slammed Nick Kyrgios. But, the Aussie star had one of the best responses to the fan.  While talking about the head-to-head stats, he defends himself.

In the finals of the Australian Open, Daniil Medvedev stunned everyone with his heroic performances. While everyone was heavily favoring the Italian Sinner, Medvedev came out of the box and stunned everyone. Reflecting on the same, a fan took to Twitter to applaud the Russian’s gameplay. However, he added a unique twist to it. He suggested that Daniil Medvedev is playing better than the Australian Nick Kyrgios.

The comment, which seemed to have reached the Aussie star commented on the head-to-head highlight between the two players while showcasing his dominance over the Russian superstar. “Head to head in interesting,” said Kyrgios while making a stark comment on the remarks made by the fan.

Thus, Nick Kyrgios came ahead and did not stand a moment as he lashed out at the fan who suggested that Daniil Medvedev was just better than Kyrgios.
