Novak Djokovic achieves his biggest goal

In a statement to ATP Media after winning the Paris Masters, he revealed his plans for the rest of the season. He said, “For me, the biggest goal right now is to end the season as the No. 1 player in the world, so hopefully I can clinch it. I need one win, so hopefully that happens.”

Fortunately, after winning the first round against Holger Rune in Turin, he achieved his biggest goal and made sure to end this year’s biggest dream of being world number one. This is the 8th year-end number-one ranking for the Serb, and along with that, he also created history by putting Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal behind. He became the only player who has ended the season eight times as the world number one but has achieved glory only five times.
