On being exposed to a query about considering himself a ‘crack’ in the tennis world, he gave an example of his modesty, stating, “I don’t consider myself a crack, I consider myself a very good player who knows how to deal with certain moments.”

Besides mentioning his respectful thoughts for all the big threes, Carlos Alcaraz also included Djokovic in the list of players that he targets to compete against. “Obviously, I keep thinking about Nole’s 24 Grand Slams, that’s clear, but right now Djokovic and [Jannik] Sinner I think are the players to beat: they are at a very high level that few people can beat them,” he said.
