“To Beat Your Mom”: ATP Icon Tommy Paul Hypes Up Girlfriend Paige Lorenze as He Coaches Her Against a Special Rival

American tennis player Tommy Paul hit the headlines after securing a place in the semi-finals of the Australian Open. Obviously, the Serbian tennis legend, Novak Djokovic and the eventual winner of the major crashed his dreams there. Despite that, Paul received a lot of limelight for his performance, and consequently his girlfriend Paige Lorenze too garnered people’s attention. Now, the player is trying to improve his girlfriend’s gameplay too.

With Lorenze sharing various training sessions with Paul, she shared a glimpse of yet another one. And this time, even her boyfriend feels that she has improved a lot.

Currently, the world no. 19 had to face a defeat by the Spanish tennis sensation Carlos Alcaraz Garfia in the round of 16 of the Miami Open. However, he has utilized his time off  by hitting a few balls with his influencer girlfriend, Lorenze.

In the third part of her training session with Paul, she detailed her improvement with the caption, “T said I made a lot of progress.” We can hear Paul boosting up Lorenze’s morale and complementing her footwork, while he said, look who’s moving their feet now!” Further noticing her shots, he said, “How bout that huh?”

However, he won’t be her boyfriend, if he does not bully her a little bit. So, he said, “cuz right now we’re just trying to get you to be able to beat your mom,” Lorenze laughed and replied, “Facts.”

Consequently, a warning was sent to Lorenze’s mother by Paul who stated, “We are getting there!!! @nancylorenze we are coming for you.” 

A very important aspect of tennis is the serve and Lorenze was not quite there. So, Paul corrected her and said, “See, like that can not be happening.”

Complementing her improvement he said, “Way better” but because in general, her serve was so below the mark that when she hit the net with her one serve Paul had to complement it.

So, he said, “It was so bad but it was the best serve you’ve hit.” And one or two taunts during training are a must, so Paul corrected Lorenze by saying, “You ready to move your feet or no?… yup there it is…..” 

All in all, the training session was a rollercoaster ride but the fans seemed to enjoy it a lot. The couple has had a wholesome relationship that came to the limelight during the Australian Open.

Fans gushed over Tommy Paul’s birthday wishes for Lorenze

The influencer girlfriend of the rising American tennis star received heartfelt wishes from her boyfriend Tommy Paul on her birthday.

Fans adored the wholesome and cute pictures of the couple. The couple made their relationship public recently and since then the two have been seen together at Paul’s matches.
