American tennis star Serena Williams is arguably the best female tennis player of all time. Subsequently, Serbian tennis star Novak Djokovic is currently in a race with arch-rival Rafael Nadal to secure the title as the best male tennis player in history. Recently, the Serb won his 21st Grand Slam title at the Wimbledon Championships. Unfortunately, Serena did not have a great time, as she lost in the first round this year.

Interestingly, they both won the Wimbledon title back in 2015 and danced together at the Champion’s dinner. During that time, the American tennis player posted some photos with Djokovic, and she made some interesting comments.

Notably, Djokovic has been famously called the ‘Joker’ by fans and fellow professional players. That was probably the reason Serena called them clowns.

Serena and Djokovic’s triumph at the Wimbledon Championships in 2015

In 2015, Novak Djokovic faced the Swiss Maestro, Roger Federer in the final. After 2 hours and 56 minutes, the Serb beat the Swiss 7-6 6-7 6-4 6-3. In that match, Federer put up a great fight against Djokovic, as he came back in the second set after losing the first set.
