Sreeda is the Lead Editor of Soccer at EssentiallySports. The soccer division
that sprang from its nuanced and extensive coverage of 2022 FIFA World Cup, and
evolved through the Wrexham revolution, the shift of trend to Middle East,
alongside the prominent EPL, has had Sreeda in the quarterdeck of its editorial,
through thick and thin. Coming with a Master’s degree in Mass communication and
Journalism, Sreeda has gained experience in copy editing, technical writing and
public relations. Watching the world’s most popular sport for over 15 years, it
was the Galacticos in the white shirt who ignited the zeal in her. And it’s the
mentality of ‘historia por hacer’, the tales that are yet to be made, that
remained interesting to her. Beyond football, a couple of the sports she follows
are tennis, a fan of Rafael Nadal quite unsurprisingly, and pro wrestling being
a former editor of it as well. Barring sports, in the multiverse of her madness
exist a handful of pursuits including literature, impressionist art, languages
and linguistics, world music, board games, computer science and cinema.
