Mike O’Hearn’s advise for changing life

In a recent Instagram reel by @mikeohearn, he shares some tips on how people who are usually intimidated by fitness can get started. O’Hearn calmly broke down the steps these people can slowly take. He stated, “The cool thing about body changing is you only need one aspect of it. So like, if you’re not working and you’re eating badly, just clean up the meals. You don’t even have to start working out yet. You can just clean up the meal and that’s one step. Your body’s automatically going to change”.

Furthermore, the adonis slowly and carefully asked to make another change in their lifestyles. He suggested, “And then, add 2 days a week. Start just getting movement. That’s your next change.” O’Hearn pointed out how these changes are going to change a lot more of a person, although they initially started with only a meal change.

While talking on that matter, O’Hearn did not miss out on bringing up the struggle he has to go through the hate comments. He stated, “At the end of the day, I’m strong. I’m living life, I’m enjoying, and we’re still here doing our thing.” Additionally, he remarked, “Hate doesn’t get nowhere”.
