Frank Zane’s 3-point rule for Muscle Soreness

In one of the posts on his website, Frank Zane shared a very necessary health tip. He talked about how injury and strained muscles often have a strong soreness that fitness enthusiasts feel. Zane pointed out a few tricks with his it can be dealt with a bit easily. He listed down 3 rules. The first is, “Train with lighter weights doing slower movements with higher reps, use more rubber cables between sets of weight movements. Stretch longer between sets.”

He went ahead to suggest, “Watch for delayed onset soreness. If detected adjust according to point number 3”. Finally, the bodybuilding legend also pointed out the need to fix the frequency as per needs. Thus, He noted, “Adjust the frequency and duration of each workout.”

In one of his Instagram posts, Zane uploaded a picture from back in his days of glory. In the caption, however, he talked about his dietary regime. He stated how he never believed in the trendy term, “superfood”, and instead that he has always preferred a balanced diet. Thus, he uttered,??I don?t really look up on anything as a superfood. I just follow a balanced diet. I get more protein in my diet than carbs, and I don?t get a lot of fat in my diet. I?ve been following this diet for quite some time.?
