He stares into the camera for a few brief seconds. In the story, he is reported to be at the airport, and he writes, “Early for my flight so walk around the airport in circles for 40 minutes #Shredz”

In the video. Greg explains CBum‘s previous body fat percentage was nowhere near healthy. Greg says, “Bulking up in the off-season. He’s actually mean gaining. He got his weight up as high as 269 pounds said that is too big. I have to cut back a little bit.” Thus, CBum, although trying to get his body fat as high as 10-12% might actually be struggling a little to keep it in range. However, with his thorough dedication and exercise whenever he gets a chance, he is likely to work it all out.
