Many fitness enthusiasts strive to optimize their body composition by shedding excess fat. Coffee can be valuable in this regard. Caffeine has been shown to stimulate metabolism, increasing the rate at which the body burns calories. This was exactly what was pointed out in an edition of Arnold’s daily newsletter from February 2023.

Schwarzenegger suggested anywhere between 100 to 300 mg of caffeine, that is 1-3 cups of coffee. Anything more than that and your body might grow more and more tolerant towards it. While exercising alone can always give you the same benefits, caffeine boosts the benefits significantly.
