Dr. Michael Israetel’s Dinosaur analogy

Israetel talked about a dinosaur protein analogy in his latest YouTube Short video. He explained how if a person eats about 400 grams of protein per day while weighing about 200 pounds, then it can be compared with the situation where ten nukes are brought onto a dinosaur planet. He stated, “There’s definitely a cost. Physical cost. There’s a Diarrhea cost to that cause if you have that much protein your p**p starts to look interesting and there’s just no clear benefit.”

The nutrition expert further developed his dinosaur analogy by giving an example where a T-rex can be killed by a lesser input than a big 120 MM canon. Dr. Michael Israetel thus explained, “Will you always need a 120 MM Canon to kill a T-rex and some stegosaurus or whatever trying to kill you? The Zombie Dinosaurs of course. No, a 50 cal might do… It’s a little bit Overkill.”

As much as Israetel is restricting bodybuilders from taking in too much Protein, he went the opposite way while talking about sugar. According to Israetel, sugar intake is not inherently a bad thing. Let us see what he had to say about this.
