He also discussed his revamped diet plan, which has significantly enhanced his fitness levels. This transformation showcases how Muscle has improved his lifestyle and overall well-being.

Kali Muscle survived a near-death experience and change its fitness regime

The IFBB pro reiterated his experience with a heart attack and how he changed his lifestyle when it came to fitness. Muscle started by saying, “2021 I had the heart attack right? I’ve been on this one mil, two mil max same routine and still holding…I’m talking about… I look the best in my life right now.”

The legendary bodybuilder explained his workout routine and said that he does 15 to 20 reps and 4 sets, and he works out for 2 hours every day. Muscle also said, “I’m not huffing and puffing or straining, I ain’t doing that because that fear there…”?His fear of a heart attack stops him from exerting too much pressure on his body.

During an interview, Kali was questioned about his cardio routine, to which he responded that he does a 15-minute workout on the treadmill at a speed of 3.0. It appears that the seasoned bodybuilder prefers a less physically demanding approach while still incorporating daily fitness into his routine. This allows him to maintain his health without risking any danger. Muscle further revealed that when he had the heart attack, he weighed 225 pounds and looked bulky, but now he has slimmed down to 195 pounds and feels healthier than ever. In addition to discussing his honest transformation in his fitness regimen, Kali openly shared his near-death experience resulting from his past use of steroids.

Kali revealed how steroids affected his lifestyle

Earlier in June, a?YouTube channel with the name of Arcdelio shared a video where the 47-year-old became candid about his steroid usage.?Kali had previously denied using steroids and claimed that he was a natural bodybuilder. However, after the unfortunate heart attack, the athlete’s ideas about PED changed along with his claims about being natural. Kali said, ?Do natural bodybuilding. Stay anti-roids,? fans were moved by Kali’s honesty and integrity.
