Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint lifestyle regime never fails to leave his fans flabbergasted. Most people can’t imagine following a strict vegan life, popping 111 pills, and maintaining an 8:00 P.M bedtime. While the real-life Benjamin Button makes his routines look easy to follow, the hard work and discipline that goes into defying aging is anything but.

The 46-year-old recently revealed how his Blueprint protocol is often synonymous with pain, but he chooses to be tough for his values and beliefs in life.

Johnson spends $2 Million annually to maintain his Blueprint lifestyle, aimed at reversing aging and becoming immortal. So, waking up at 4:00 A.M., including 60+ pills in his morning routine, and having the last meal of the day at 11:30 A.M. is the new normal for the biohacker. However, he was well aware of the pain involved in being so brutally disciplined and recently confessed about it.

“Blueprint is basically all pain, all the time. It’s being hungry, it’s working really hard, it’s doing things that I don’t want to do, it’s just constant pain,” noted Johnson, in his latest Instagram clip. However, he has clarity of his values and goals and wants to tread the painful path to fulfill his reverse aging agenda.

You know, one thing I’ve learned about life is that everything I value is on the other side of pain,” the social media influencer confessed. Bryan Johnson also revealed how there are two kinds of pain. Some suffer pain to meet one’s goals, and others neglect growth and feel miserable. Johnson transformed himself after feeling miserable for years. Now, he chooses pain with gains and performs even unpleasant tasks with conviction.

Cold water plunge is a fitness TikTok trend that is believed to help in recovery after an intense training session. Mark Wahlberg is famous for his 4:00 A.M ice-cold baths. Johnson’s musician friend Steve Aoki recently motivated the 46-year-old to try the cold-water bath. Despite feeling intimidated by the challenge, after a small pep talk from his friend, Johnson plunged into the ice tub and calmed his nerves.

Every day, the millionaire dad chooses to follow the strict Blueprint protocol, and his discipline rewards him with a better sleep cycle, great blood work, and body parameters that suggest he is gaining free life points by reversing his biological aging.
