An active member of the social media world, bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son occasionally takes his opinions out for a spin. They range from bold to hilarious ones, depending on the situation or context discussed. Hence, in the most recent one, Patrick’s insight seems more on the lines of surprise or shock.

The actor recently took to his Twitter and reshared a post that featured a collage of some iconic detective movies of all time. From Jackie Chan’s Rush Hour to Morgan Freeman’s Seven, several films of the genre were showcased, however, not the one that most appealed to Patrick. Thus, he chipped in a comment expressing his disappointment of the same.

As per the update shared on Twitter, the 29-year-old actor was fairly unimpressed by the list of films displayed in the post. It was put together by Cinema Tweets with the caption, “You have 48 Hours to Solve a Murder.” It hinted at the characters’ capability to solve a murder and among them the best one from the fans’ point of view.

Action comedy hit, Rush Hour made it to the list in addition to Benedict Cumberbatch’s Sherlock Holmes series. An interesting add was the iconic comedy series, Brooklyn Nine-nine along with many others. Patrick was irked to see Steve Martin’s Pink Panther getting missed out on the feature.

“Can’t believe Steve Martin in pink panther isn’t on here,” he left a remark under the post. The movie inspired by the classic theme, is a comedy that revolves around a clumsy detective, Inspector Clouseau, and his trusted assistant Ponton who need to find the expensive Pink Panther diamond. Evidently, a favorite for many film junkies, the Austrian Oak’s son felt the duo warranted an inclusion. Speaking of films and series, the actor himself is set to release his most awaited project. 

Patrick Schwarzenegger’s upcoming show 

Patrick had been working on a spin-off series of the hit show The Boys which once left his star father in confusion. Therefore, only days ago, the latest teaser of the superhero series, Gen V dropped which caused much intrigue among fans. The actor is playing the role of a college-going superhero, who needs to take control of his powers and save his college from doom along with his other superhero friends. 

Therefore, Patrick shared the snippet on his Instagram handle with a brief note, expressing his excitement. “GEN V TEASER. This gonna be wild. 2023” the caption read, whereas, fans took to the comments to shower their love on his new feat. Assuringly, Arnie might have caught up with the teaser and must be proud of his son’s work now.
