The 76-year-old former bodybuilder explained how he had a bicuspid aortic valve that made him go through two open heart surgeries. He went through his first open heart surgery in 1997. Then in 2018, he went for a replacement of his valve and opted for the non-invasive option, but there was a screwup. So he again had to go through open heart surgery, replacing only one of his valves. Then, in 2020, his first non-invasive transcatheter valve replacement was a success.

The 76-year-old bodybuilding icon always stays well connected to his doctors, and this time the doctors passed their verdict on him getting a pacemaker to stay clear of emerging issues.
