Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Pump Club Village will be ending the year with a $1000 challenge that sets the fitness momentum for New Year’s Eve. This December, Schwarzenegger, who didn’t spend a dime on starting his village, will be offering $1000 to three random winners of the Finish Strong challenge. So, he recently shared the penultimate workout list of the challenge.
The Arnold’s Pump Club writer’s room is a brainstorming wing for the newsletter’s content that touches upon various aspects of a healthy lifestyle. Its 600,000 village members are relieved to escape from the chaos of fitness fads online and embrace an evidence-backed newsletter.

Arnold’s Pump Club Village has successfully finished seven workout sessions with The Terminator icon and is geared up to hit the gym for workout #8 for the last week of the month. The penultimate workout list focuses on the lower and upper body movements and will be a grueling and intense session for fitness enthusiasts. It includes dumbbell and body weight-based supersets with an increased volume.

The correct order of the workout routine is to do the first set of the first exercise of the superset followed by the second exercise set without rest. After finishing the remaining sets of the superset pair, one can move on to the next superset.
