Although a recent controversy questioned the legitimacy of his followers over the internet, CBum’s New Year’s resolution proved to be something that shows his dedication to both bodybuilding as well as his inclination to update his fandom about the smallest details.

Chris Bumstead wants to get back into “elite shape”

After feeling that he has lost his old routine, CBum felt that he is not working out as much. That’s why, the 5x Mr. Olympia decided that he would record everything this time around and even share it with his fans through his YouTube channel. He wrote in the caption of his newest Instagram post, “I’m going to do my best in the new year to document on YouTube getting my a** back into elite shape with a relatively “balanced” lifestyle.”

Furthermore, Chris Bumstead also decided that his main goal was to get jacked without getting fat. Then he revealed a way his fans could walk with him towards their path to fitness. He declared, “Also going to host a transformation challenge on my app with a low barrier to entry so y’all can join me on whatever your goals are.”

Chris Bumstead confesses about missing his routine

Before revealing his New Year’s Resolution, Bumstead stated how he feels that, without his daily workout sessions, something is missing from his life. He further penned, “It’s funny working out has been such a staple in my life, but this is the first time I’ve taken time off and every day I feel like something is missing.” And because the bodybuilder has been missing his usual grind he decided it is about time he needs to get back on track.
