He uses his Instagram to reach his audience and gives tips and advice as to how to get an aesthetic physique like him. As he recently shared a tip on how to track your progress, the bodybuilding community could not help but appreciate his insane physique.

Winning at the stage of Mr. Olympia thrice is not an achievement that comes easily for any bodybuilder. While a new lifter can see massive changes in his physique initially, the progress starts to slow down as time passes. The law of diminishing returns applies accurately when it comes to muscle hypertrophy. However, in order to not get demotivated and get a fair idea about your progress, Zane preaches to take pictures every once in a while.

In an Instagram post that included a picture of him from his prime years, Zane wrote, “You need your workouts to work in order to make progress. The final verdict on your progress is what kind of changes in your body do you see in photos taken over time. The key is to keep doing everything right.”

While many fans appreciated Zane’s advice, many viewers could not help but point out how flawless Zane looked in the picture. Referred to as ‘the king of aesthetics’ by his fans, Zane maintained a perfectly symmetrical as well as a lean frame even during his off-seasons.
