Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Christmas and New Year Celebrations include an intense workout routine, and his village will join him for a year-ending workout routine in 2023. The 7x Mr. Olympia started a $1000 challenge earlier this month to build the momentum for a fit lifestyle in his village, and many shared their workout routines with Arnie on social media.

Arnold’s favorite supersets

Unlike many who wait for New Year’s Eve to make fresh resolutions, the 76-year-old is inclined to build the momentum up to New Year. So, he asked his fitness tribe to kickstart their fitness journey in early December and posed them with a $1000 fitness challenge. The participants must share their workouts following the Arnold’s Pump Club’s routine on social media, and the three lucky fitness freaks will win $1000.

The Governator believes the monetary touch-up is to incentivize his village for a fit life. The Terminator icon shared his favorite supersets workout routine in his newsletter as the final month of the year is coming to an end.

The newsletter also details how to follow the routine. The first exercise in superset has to be followed by the second exercise without a break. After a two-minute rest, the next superset has to be pursued. Finish all the supersets for an exhausting workout. Remember, you might be competing with kids and the elderly in the challenge as Schwarzenegger enjoys a following from all sections of the fitness community.

Schwarzenegger has been sharing inspiring stories of fitness freaks taking up his challenge. One such story Arnie highlighted was of Deccan Gill, a young kid who was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. The fatal condition weakens the muscles, and the cure is yet to be found. However, the little kid enjoys his life to the fullest.

The onset of symptoms of the condition hasn’t happened yet for Gill who is a hockey enthusiast. Schwarzenegger believes Gill is doing great in life.

The year has been exciting for Arnold’s Pump Club village as they understood the various facets of a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Entering into the New Year, they want Arnie to help them ramp up their fitness game.
