Mike O’Hearn’s thoughts on cheat days

In the latest video uploaded by the Titan, he explored the necessity of having a cheat day and stated how he assumed that everyone in the community had a proper day when they could eat, forgetting the restrictions they had set for themselves. He stated, “I hope you do have your high day. And I talked to a lot of guys through DMs and women that go, ‘wow I need to up my high day,” the bodybuilder proposed, “You really do.”

Moreover, the 54-year-old bodybuilder suggested the importance of such a cheat day, which should be prioritized because this has its effects on the workout sessions. He said, “You got to enjoy that day so you can really make it through the week, and again it’s a celebration.”

O’Hearn always wants the community to level up their usual routines. Thus, he had also talked about the right time for a dry out before a contest.

As an experienced bodybuilder, Mike O’Hearn suggested how the dry out needs to be done at the end of the program, ideally in the prep week. He stated, “It should be done after like strength gains.” Furthermore, he also added, After you’ve kind of finished out the function of the body of removing fat and retaining muscle. Then you do a dry out to look just pristine.”
