Rich Gaspari’s way of doing Supersets

In the video posted by Richard Gaspari, he was shown doing 20 reps each for his legs. The process seemed extremely tiring and tough, but the bodybuilder still managed to pull it off. In the caption of his post, he wrote, “Reverse lunges on the Smith Machine supersettes with Sumo squats.”

The bodybuilder then continued to inform his followers how he planned to do these supersets. He wrote, “20 reps each leg and then the Sumo to not only fry your glutes but also give you a cardio workout! The set took 2 minutes and 40 seconds.” Thus he gave a a brief idea on how to pull off some cardio while also working up one’s glutes.

Rich Gaspari has always been this devoted to his training sessions. He once talked about how he reached the peak of his bodybuilding career because of his determination towards training and how it made him feel mentally.

Rich Gaspari’s insights about training and mental strength

In one of his Instagram posts, Rich Gaspari once talked about how he reached his peak. He told his followers that although he is now a retired 60-year-old bodybuilder he still prefers to train hard. He stated, “Training not only helps you physically but training daily helps you mentally.” He then added, “Training makes me feel good mentally. It sets my day to be motivated and to work hard the rest of the day.”
