The picture that Phil Heath posted says a lot about the trio’s unbreakable friendship and bond. The commitment to excellence was evident in the careers of Heath, Coleman, and Cutler. Cutler, who just finished his much-anticipated 12-week ‘Fit for 50’ transformation, celebrated his birthday dinner with Phil Heath when their paths crossed with Coleman.

Sharing the image, Heath wrote in the caption, “Was at dinner celebrating @mrojaycutler 50th Birthday and @BigRonColeman happen to be sitting next to us, so we had to get a picture in. I have so much respect for those guys as they have always brought integrity, hard work, extreme discipline, and gratitude inside and out the sport of bodybuilding. 29 Sandows are in this pic btw. Wild!”

Who was the female IFBB Pro who defeated Jay Cutler?

A while back, during Jay Cutler’s podcast on his YouTube channel, he sat with Dana Linn Bailey, who was the first-ever female to win a Joe Weider’s Olympia title. Starting the podcast, Cutler recalled that Bailey’s training was so intense that even he could not match her training capacity.

Recollecting an incident from the past, Cutler said, “Dana kicked my a*s. Yeah, like when…July last year, yeah. She just didn’t want to stop, so I trained without everyone. I trained with Phil and Ronnie, and I have to say that Dana trains pretty hard still these days.” To this, Bailey added, “I kept being like, hey, do you want to do something else? You’re like, no, I’m good. I’m like, we only did three sets. You’re like, yep, that’s it.”
