The 45-year-old is also a tennis player, and according to fitness experts, the sport plays a crucial role in keeping her in shape. “Tennis is a physically demanding sport that requires strength, agility, and endurance,personal trainer Amanda Place opines. The fitness guru elaborated on how the sport improves core stability while enhancing strength and agility. 

Even her popular husband can’t match the human rights advocate’s talent in the sport. George Clooney once opened up in an interview about his wife’s proficiency in tennis. “Amal is a really good athlete. When I was younger, I won some tennis tournaments. I played a lot of sports – I still play a lot of sports, and I can actually play [well]. And Amal just beats the hell out of me,” he said. Amal Clooney also compliments her training regime with a healthy diet.

The 45-year-old’s diet rituals

A fit figure is not made in the gym alone. The kitchen also plays a crucial role in maintaining a perfect physique. As per Hello Magazine, Amal Clooney follows a ‘Mediterranean-style diet,’ and stunned the world with her quick post-baby weight loss. 

According to Heat magazine, the 45-year-old’s meal plan included boiled egg and seaweed soup for breakfast, and the lunch and dinner servings comprised chickpeas, fish, preservative-free vegetables, and a whole grain cracker back in 2018 after giving birth to twins.
