As a result of this, his body has become the subject of various dieting experiments. He often uses a new self-made diet to keep his body healthy and active. Recently, he has gone on a seven-day apple diet, which has helped him shed pounds.

In a recent video uploaded by Kali Muscle’s YouTube channel, the 48-year-old bodybuilder gave details about his new apple seven-day diet. He revealed that he was on the Day 7 challenge of the apple diet. The diet helped him lose substantial weight, and he expressed his joy by saying, “Best I have ever felt.

He decided to live only on apples for seven days to unlock countless benefits. One of the significant benefits of his diet was his weight coming down to 181 lb. Having been impressed with the result of his diet, he said, “I just wanted to show you guys all the inflammation in my body is gone. I’m not on no supplements, not on no steroids, nothing just apples.”

Kali Muscle, who suffered a near-fatal heart attack, once felt that it was a blessing in disguise. He gave an excellent reason he had to suffer it. Did the heart attack work as an inspiration for him to adopt a good diet routine?

Kali Muscle’s revelation

Kali Muscle posted a video on his YouTube channel and revealed why he had to suffer a heart attack. Talking about the reason, he said, “God put me through it to be able to explain to you guys.” 

There was a time when Muscles used to rely on supplements and drugs to attain his fitness goals, and because of the continuation of this kind of unhealthy diet, he suffered a heart attack.

Kali Muscle, who has spent many years in prison, was addicted to high-cholesterol food. He got into the trap of unhealthy practices to gain muscle and mass. Realizing the fact that it is never too late to bring a change in life, he adopted a healthy routine, minimizing his reliance on supplements, drugs, and fast food.
