The LA photographer has a special passion for fitness and maintains a separate Instagram account to share his heavy lifts with his followers. He refers to his fitness account, “My silly lifting account.” However, a week ago, Cepeda struggled to pull off his bench press.
The bodybuilding enthusiast shared a clip of him bench pressing with four plates on each side. A girl standing in proximity observed that Cepeda was finding it difficult to push weights, and she instantly came forward for spotting.

When he was unable to move his arms any further, a fellow gymgoer helped him arrange weights back onto the holder. “Shout out to the random gym girl who saved my life today,” he wrote. Witnessing the heartwarming video, online fitness enthusiasts rushed to the comments section.
