Jay Cutler reveals what motivated him to continue going to the gym

In his latest tweet, Cutler revealed his true feelings regarding his training. Oftentimes, Cutler was reported to share motivating posts on his social media or through his podcasts and interviews. However, he evidently confessed those acts indeed helped all his fans to stay on track for sure, but it also had good effects on him. He posts a photo of him posing in one of his best physiques of all time. In the caption, he attributes to one such accomplishment that no one usually refers to.

In the post, Jay Cutler says, “The biggest achievement that I never expected was to give the motivation to a lot of people, when I was just trying to be motivated myself to go to the gym.” Cutler firmly believes how willpower and strong intentions can move mountains even in the industry of bodybuilding where people go through tremendous physical hard work. The pressure to take it on is never too easy and people fall behind.
