Explaining the role of genetics in calf development, Hany Rambod stated, “It’s one of those things that’s your predisposition and then what you do with the training predisposed to have really bad calves. You just gotta hammer them.” He further revealed an ideal way to train them. “It’s about frequency, time under attention, and making sure that you’re getting at least two workouts a week. Maybe even three, depending on you, don’t want to kill yourself if you’re sore, but at least two times a week hitting those calves.”?
