Recently, the Former Mr. Olympia praised a man who has been on an absolutely enthralling fitness journey. The man who has lost 207 pounds reminds one that going on your fitness journey can be tough, but achieving an amazing transformation is not impossible.

Schwarzenegger re-shared a post about the gym goer on his social media page to support his fight to lose weight. He encouraged them with a one-liner, imploring them to keep at it.

Keep pumping.” The post shared by the gymgoer showcased a collage of him after losing 207 pounds, compared with a picture before the transformation. The changes were significant. According to the fitness enthusiast, he has been doing this the old-fashioned way, relying on the timeless trio of diet, exercise, and discipline. Discipline is the backbone of any successful fitness journey, and the man understands this well.
