In a video uploaded by Jeff Nippard’s official YouTube channel, the exercise scientist and Nippard talked about power-enhancing supplements, which are often consumed by many bodybuilders to boost their testosterone. With the enhancement of this hormone, the product is believed to have health benefits such as strength-boosting and various other benefits for overall well-being. Many people believe in supplements for the benefits they offer but the exercise scientist has a different opinion to offer about them.

Giving suggestions, he said that if an herb boosts testosterone, one should ask what mechanism it is doing in the body, and if your own body detects that a serum testosterone increase occurred, it usually downregulates its own production. He further said that if someone used a combination herb that also kept their testosterone naturally producing higher that would be a pharmacological multi-compound drug “that is not something that grows on a tree”
