Noel Deyzel recovers from surgery and posts an altered physique

In a recent Instagram post, Noel decided to post two pictures, one before and one after the surgery on his abdomen. The 38-year-old wrote, ?It?s not easy seeing yourself ‘regress’.? He was upset about the deterioration in his physique, but still maintained a positive outlook.

Noel said, ?And seeing these pictures side by side is a lot to take in. My clothes fit me differently and I can feel my body has changed.? He does know that his body had altered but still sees a silver lining after all the dark clouds.

Noel ended the post by saying, ?But frankly I?m fired up and inspired because this is the new starting point! When I?m back in the gym, there?s gonna be no restrictions like I trained with before ????.? This is a huge lesson to take from him. Even after facing a life-altering surgery at 38, he is still looking forward to the future and what it holds.

Noel went through surgery for Diastasis recti

In another previous post, he kept his fans updated about his health status and said, ?Tomorrow I am going for surgery. I have a condition called Diastasis recti.? The two-inch split in his abdomen needed immediate surgery, and the blood needed to be drained out.
